Youth work at NCC encompasses a range of work with girls and guys between the ages of 11 and 19, within the community, and in our local schools.

The work thrives on good relationships between the workers or volunteers and the young people. Mike Stark is the senior youth worker on the staff team at NCC. He has lived and worked in the community for 3 years now. Mike’s supported by trainee youth worker Andrew Ellis, and a whole number of youth work volunteers.
