Welcome to Niddrie Community Church

Niddrie is a large residential area.  The original estate dates back, in part, to the early 20th century and was not in the best of health.  However, the area is currently being extensively redeveloped with attractive new houses and improved shopping and business facilities.

The church began about a hundred years ago as Niddrie Mission. The purpose of the church is to present the gospel of Jesus Christ to the people of Niddrie and share God's love in whatever way we can.  Since 1996, we have been in partnership with Charlotte Chapel, a large church in the centre of the city.  In 2006, we completed new premises to replace the rather tired old building and regular activities for Niddrie are now taking place.
