The cross gives us perspective on our own sufferings and harsh treatment. If you are in authority over people then watch it - pastors too. We are not to lord it over people. Who do we think we are? We are called to be an extraordinary people. Are we? Even in difficult working circumstances? Are we acting in a Christlike manner? Are we using even our difficulties as gospel opportunities? Are we living for righteousness day by day?
